The Latest....

A update on things at the zoo....

Since last week things have calmed down considerably - maybe even returned to close to normal.  Let's start with the little boys - Nigel is doing well.  He is a pretty happy and easy going critter.  His runny nose appears to be all better.  I bought him some freeze dried crickets - he loves them.  Now he gets a variety of gross bugs each day rather than just worms.  UGH!

Clooney is his same old happy self - he is such a joyful little guy.  I am trying to coax him into trying out the new raw foods - not going very well as he appears to be a vegan ferret.

Emma is doing well.  We have been going for run off the leash time at a sub division that has not yet been built out.  She so loves that.  She is getting over her freak out moments with the camera.  She is a HUGE fan of the new food and it seems to sit pretty well with her oh so sensitive tummy.

Phoebe is fine - of course now that I took her to the vet her lump is gone....Ollie is well - ornery but well.....Aggie is happy that things are back to normal - she is so impacted by change and stress - truly a creature of habit.

Zoey - she is really thriving - doing so well.  It's almost as if nothing happened.  All systems are functioning well.  There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with her appetite.  She likes the new food, the old food - whatever she can get.  She is still on antibiotics until Saturday and once off we will put her on supplements.  Here's what we will start her on:

I am also leaning towards giving Emma and the other kitties lower doses of the Immugen to maintain good health and boost the immune system.  We will see how things play out.
