The Domino Effect

Here it is - 4:13 am - and I am now wide awake as a result of The Domino Effect.  When you have a household of multiple critters there are several situations that have this effect associated with them - mainly they have to do with sleeping (or lack there of).

This morning at about 3:30 Phoebe decided it was important to make a boatload of noise.  This woke up Emma who made a boatload of noise, which woke up the pig who decided to push on his gate in an attempt to get out of his pen, which woke up the ferrets who decided it was time for an early breakfast, which upset the pig who could hear them munching on their food, which woke up Zoey who decided to come upstairs and get on the bed with us while purring like an idling semi truck, which woke up Oliver who proceeded to make all kinds of noise climbing on the headboard - which in turn has the zookeeper WIDE awake at 4 am.

So - as I type - Phoebe and Oliver are wrestling, the ferrets are pitter patting up and down the hallway, Emma, Aggie and the hubs are snoring away....Winston has gone back to bed and I am typing - a victim of the domino effect....   U G H
