Yesterday started Operation Gift Wrapping. Wrapping gifts with an 11 critter assist has its challenges. The biggest pains are actually the cats - they have an obsession with laying on the paper. In the past, Clooney and Maddie have been pretty good. They like to see what is under the paper but that is pretty much it. Once they have a look around they lose interest. This is the first Christmas for the baby ferrets and I have a feeling those three are going to much more investigative of wrapping, decorations, etc.
Finn was helping me wrap - he was very curious. He wanted to see in every bag and box. He was on the paper, under the paper, pushing the roll to get more paper....he stole the the tape, he stole the pen for labeling. It was an adventure. I shudder at the thought of how interested the wild boy will be. Not sure what Violet will think.
All I can say is - if you get a wrinkly gift - know it was wrinkled in love.... :)
