Violet's New Do

Violet's hair/fur/coat (not sure of the technical name actually) is really changing.  Its very similar to what Madison's hair/fur/coat did when she was a bit younger.

Violet's hair/fur/coat used to look something like this - dark, long and quite thick:

Now her hair/fur/coat looks like this - short, coarse and much lighter:

She used to look so much bigger than Madison but now she fits into the tiny girl category with her.

Oh and by the way - I googled - technically ferrets have FUR that is made up of two types of hair.  Guard hairs that are course and long and undercoat which is soft and helps keep the critter warm.
